Hi, do you have any breakfast suggestions? I struggle to eat in the morning due to lack of apetite and time constraints.

I don't. I wouldn't even know where to begin? Basically I just know I need to eat more and I'm using this app to monitor what calories I'm getting.

Ok so I havent made it since. The first half went down well but I struggled to finish it. I think I think I'm onto something here though so I'm going to stock up on the ingredients and make it every morning, drink half in the morning and leave in the fridge, then drink the rest of it before bed.

I'm like this, it's almost painful. If I eat so much in one go I feel totally lazy and kind of ill and all I wanna do is lie down until that stuffed feeling goes away.

Me!!! 5ft 6, 7 stone, want to be about 8.5/9 stone. Small apetite, picky eater meaning I pick/snack all day, I like pretty much everything but never a lot of anything! I'm looking for recommendations for high calorie bars or drinks.
