I went for awhile. The leader can make the difference, depending on their energy. I did well and I had a friend who lost 80 on WW and she can quote the points at a drop of a hat. To get healthy. Clothes weren't fitting, never wanted to go anywhere, hurt to get up from a chair or walk. Many reasons. Had to be when I was ready, not when well-meaning friends and family thought so.

It was all in fun. My coworker and I are good friends. We were all laughing about it. The point is that I was able to resist the temptation. Maybe not always but yesterday I had a victory.
