Nonfat greek yogurt. I like to mix it with either PB2 or cocoa powder with sweetener. For toppings, I like raisins, toasted sliced almonds, or berries.

I eat the same breakfast (if not, similar) every morning. Two cups of black coffee and a piece of bread that is roughly around 200 calories. My favorite bread by far is Costco's Pretzel Buns that are exactly 200 calories each :)

I'm set at sedentary as well. I'm literally stuck at a desk all day because of studying, and I barely walk 5,000 steps either.

In my Asian experience, you're taught to judge everything... in Korea, people literally walk up to you and say 'you need to lose weight.' It's kind of hard breaking away from that kind of mentality if you live in that culture.
