You can do it. I’m restarting as well! Fell of track and gain back all my weight. I plan to do portion control and track my calories since that is the only diet I can stick with. I don’t like to deprive my self. Feel free to add me as friends.

Thanks! I spoke to her today and she recommends Belviq, I'm doing some research now. I ask her about contrave because I had done some research on it. Contrave have lots of side effects and most people stop taking it for those reasons.

I am not sure you can permanently fix the craving, but you can reduce the craving by treating yourself to low calorie sweet treat in very small amount and them make your self a cup of hot lemon water.
