Have you ever tried using red lentil pasta or black bean pasta?? Better for you in every way and tends to be a little less calories.

Hello I'm 5'1 1/2" I wish my starting weight was as low as some of yours but it was 185 and want between 110-120! I've done it 4 times in ten years and can never keep it off
