Good tips, thanks to all! I've been getting to bed a bit earlier, and I've been every day thus far this week. Getting started again is the hard part for me. Once I'm in the routine I feel so much better.

I get home at about 6-6.30pm and I know myself well enough to understand that going to the gym after that and getting home everyday after 8pm isn't going to work. I do enjoy the feeling of working out before work... but sometimes it is difficult to remember when the alarm goes off.

I'm up at 4.50 and at the gym by 5.10am. It's getting cold and very dark in the mornings now and I need a big push!
