I drink 2 to 3 times a week usually craft beer, like 2 of them. I've been losing on that amount. Occasional Bloody Mary too.

I hit rock bottom when I was very young actually, around 14 or 15. I was my highest weight I ever have been at 210 pounds. I started biking and restricting my diet when I had to wear size 18 jeans ( plus size women's). I would cry back to school shopping because I could no longer wear teen sized clothes. Everyone was…

It took me 8 months to get my cardio endurance this high. Now I feel like I can do cardio for over an hour and keep going. I just threw myself into running now I can achieve literally a runners high and that's how I do it. It took a lot of miles of running to get where I'm at simple as that

I've had a kidney infection before and it is no fun!! Don't stress about not being able to do moderate exercise, you need to take care of your body. First with kidney infections you need to consume A LOT of water. I'm sure in about a week in a half you should be back to normal. For now just keep going easy on yourself and…

I can't imagine burning that much walking 4 hours? I walk 8 hours a day at my job and never burn upwards of 400 extra calories. Something is off. Anyways I wouldn't count it.

Working out at night affects me as well. It usually pumps me up and I'm more prone to being restless. Afternoon workouts are best for me, it gets the blood working and I am able to do more until bedtime. Morning workouts are great too.

I don't think it's the exercising doing this, it's definitely your mental state. You need to stop worrying about others and focus on yourself. A good way describe what your doing is "how do you know if someone is staring at you if you're not staring at them?".

1900. I live an active lifestyle. I can still lose on this amount.

I go over on my calories about once a week and jump right into it the next day. I'm not super strict on myself and allow myself some leeway. My goal is to become the healthiest me I can be, not beat myself up over a candy bar. I might indulge a few days after thanksgiving/Christmas because of leftovers but nothing too…

There is such thing as too much anything. It sucks because I live off of coffee too I would say as long as it's not loaded with cream and sugar it should be okay. Also if you are keeping hydrated with water. 4 cups isn't so bad, but to just stop doing that it would be tough. Caffeine withdrawals are very real.

I would say that's rather high. I usually am around 160 to 170 when running and I'm about your age. It just means your heart is working double to just run. Why don't you try a fitness test? See how long it takes your heart rate to go back to normal after cardio.

Chips and salsa/ guac like many said. Can't stop, won't stop.

Stairmaster, incline hiking.

I drink usually 2 days a week, usually around 3 beers each time. I do feel it's made me not lose weight as fast, sometimes I can't stop at the 3 and end up drinking 500 calories worth of beer. It sucks but you got to treat yourself. I have still lost weight but I just think if I quit cold turkey I would lose faster. Not…

Moderation is always key. I personally believe any sort of soda diet or regular is not "good" for you, but if you have to drink it, drink just one. Diet soda isn't much better than regular because it's filled with fake ingredients to make it seem sweet where with regular soda its usually corn syrup and sugar, not something…

Heavy metal and rock. Makes me workout harder

I've lost 15 pounds on 1800 a day but I'm active walking all day at work (no desk job here), and I workout 3 to 4 times a week intensely. I wouldn't of lost that without the added exercise I don't believe.

What bothers me about them is their paragraph long ingredient list. I feel they are okay 2 or 3 times a week, no way 2 to 3 times a day!!! Just check out the list of ingredients next time, that was enough to scare me away from them. Plus the sodium levels are very high.

I like outside running better, but seasonal allergies and very cold winters make it near impossible for me. I hike outside frequently, but unfortunately I have to resort to treadmill for most of my workouts, plus stair master.

I love to hike. Also I usually walk 10,000 steps at work daily so that helps. At home I utilize my stairs and step on them in different motions if I don't feel like hitting the gym that day..

I started running about 3 months ago. I just decided to jump on the treadmill and give it a go. I started running around 8 min straight, then gradually up until now I can do almost 20 min straight. After I run for my first interval, I go to a fast walk for 2 and a half min, run for another 2 and half and so on until I…
