I feel like I need to gain muscle because my job requires strength and I personally want to be lean. Not because it's trendy.

Victoria secrets workout clothes have been to best for me. The material, and the fact they don't fall off and are high waisted makes them the best for me. I tried fabletics and they were bad. Fell off while running. I don't wear shorts just capris and long length though.

I am a "pesecetarian", I eat fish and seafood about twice a week. I made the transition just in one day and it has been 8 months since I've consumed any animal meat. It has helped that I kept the fish in my diet as well as eggs and dairy, though I do try to use dairy substitutes like almond and cashew milk. I don't consume…

Personally I don't consider walking exercise unless I'm walking up hills/hiking. I consider it exercise when my heart rate rises past 120 bpm.

If I want to spend my money and time in the gym making obvious strength and cardiovascular gains, that's my choice. What works for you doesn't work for everyone.

Funny to see this right after I ate some walleye! I'm a pescetarian so I don't eat any land animals so fish is a good protein source for me. If you don't like it, just don't eat it! Everyone is different.

I ate Chinese takeout the other night but kept in proportion. I split the meal meant for one with my partner and it was plenty for both of us. I even had fried wontons and I'm down weight for this week! It's all about being in your calorie means and working off any extra calories! You'll be just fine.

Not in all aspects. I can't eat just half a donut so I just don't eat one at all. But I can eat a portion of homemade pizza, Alfredo, whole some meals without going overboard. Somethings I know to avoid because they aren't worth the heavy calories and lack of nutrition.

He shouldn't be in the field of training people if he makes fun of them struggling? I'm sure he didn't pop out of the womb muscled. He had to "struggle" to get where he is at too. I'd let it slide. People say hurtful things about others all the time, least you're trying. The fact that you let his remark stop you is just…

Sorry I am going to ask questions that should be left behind your bedroom doors, but here I go. Have you been able to orgasm in previous relationships? Can you orgasm by yourself? Orgasming through penetration is not actually very common it happens more so with stimulating the *kitten*. Is he more of a receiver than a…

I feel working out relieves the stress I accumulate from my jobs! Also if I workout it makes me more motivated to stay away from bad food and stay on track! Physical exercise is a cure all for me at least. Sometimes you have to push through if you feel drained just go do it and see how it makes you feel after you…

It's not fast food that makes you fat, it's the choices you make when you decide to eat out! Ever heard of John Cisna? He lost weight and improved his blood work eating nothing but McDonald's! I'm not recommending such a thing, just saying it's YOU not the restaurants.

I'm a pescetarian (for now). I'm starting out slow, so far it's been 3 and a half months no land animal meat. I do eat fish, eggs and cheese but eventually I want to get rid of the fish overall then eggs and cheese. The longer I am adopting this lifestyle change, the more recipes and ideas I get. My suggestion is not to…

That is RIDICULOUS and terrible customer service! Notify a manger and do not return. No employee should treat a guest like that, and they are in the wrong.

Starting weight was 205, down to 185 pounds, goal is 170 pounds. I like having a curvier figure plus I'm weight lifting a lot.

Ice cream, Nutella and chips and salsa. I've ate a whole jar of Nutella in two days :(

Around 2 times a week. I use to go around 4, but now I'm not focusing on running endurance but weight lifting and circuit training. I found when I was running a lot I was losing my booty (jeans noticeably loser in bum area), so now I want to build that muscle more. Running is a wonderful endurance cardio exercise, but…

1. 6.5 to 7 hours average 2. No not usually 3. I don't increase sleep time when I train more because training doesn't necessarily make me more prone to sleep. I've had times when I've worked out at 9 pm pretty intense and it kept me up all night, very restless even though I didn't sleep a lot the night before either. 4.…

I can't just do one or the other! I love cardio and endurance training but I need to lift weights as well. What I have recently started doing is circuits of strength and cardio in one session to knock two birds with one stone.

Tracking, weighing is very important. Unfortunately I never weigh things and just estimate. I've still lost 20 pounds!

I like it! I have the Charge HR and I like it the most for the heart rate monitor!! I like to see how hard I'm really pushing it through that. The steps are nice but sometimes high intensity workouts don't involve a lot of steps. It's been very useful for me on my running journey! I also log my food on the Fitbit app.

You could use some muscle definition I would say! Everyone could use that though. Don't validate yourself with the opinions of others, I'd say you need to work on that first.
-
It's not a bad snack? Just eat less.
-
Thanks so much! Still going strong

I would say if you're trying to build muscle (bulking), more weight, less reps. If your trying to tone and build just a little muscle, more reps, less weight.

I would like to know this answer as well. Sorry no help hehe.

Weight is just a variable number.

I started running daily about a year ago. Within that year span my legs are much more toned, my endurance is higher than ever, and my mood is lifted. That's just the beginning. My resting heart rate is that of an athlete and I give it to being in such good cardiovascular shape (thanks to the running). My lung capacity had…
