Remember men have stretch marks as well, and they can be from gaining muscle so it's not something to be ashamed of!!! I have them from puberty too, on hips and under arms, and tiny bit on upper thighs. Trust me I hate them too but I've grown to not focus on the so much. I'm still not confident enough with them to wear a…

Yeah I definitely do not count every calorie. I have no idea how people weigh their food as well. It just seems too obsessive for me. I estimate and have still lost weight. I'm more for the lifestyle change not a strict diet that makes me feel like my life revolves around it. I am not very overweight so I guess I don't…

Aye aye aye.... Good luck finding a man that can last 30 min.

What he said. If someone is watching you do that, that is more crazy! Just do it!

I never use elliptical unless it's for a HIIT session which is not very often. I run outside when weather premits. I usually run on the track/treadmill inside my gym because I also weight lift so I find myself doing that option the most. I think running outside is the most challenging, and when I wear my Fitbit I burn the…

I feel similar. Instead I find myself looking at fitness models' instagrams and such quite a bit. I don't get "jealous" per say but I more so view them as motivation. I accept the fact I'll never look as flawless as them, they have lots of money and their job is to look good in sports bras and tight leggings, I'm just a…

Around 4 1/2 miles outdoors on hilly terrain. I didn't go "nonstop" but for the most part I ran it.
-
I use mine a lot to track runs and see where my heart rate is and track my progress. It's beneficial to my goals.

I like both so I'll answer for both On men I love a strong back and arms. Nice deep eyes. I like women more so it'd hips, butt and lips. Yum. How can I choose just one.

For a woman that is a great time. For a man it might be a bit slow but regardless your running and that's all that matters! What might be slow for one is good for another. How do you feel about it? Personally I run a 33:30 and I want to improve on that but I'm so proud of myself anyways!!

You are being far too hard on yourself. Step back and look at the big picture. You are a beautiful woman!!! Don't hate yourself for struggling with your diet, there are far worse things you could be dealing with. It's all about dedication and moderation, seriously. Last night I had chocolate, but just a bite and that's…

I love it with milk and I melt chocolate chips into it. So delicious!!!

I'm 185 currently and comfortably wear a size 12. I have a larger butt and really small waist, wide hips. It all depends on your body type as well. When I was 160 I fit into size 8.

Running gives me the best natural "high". It makes me less stressed and more energy.

I have them too from my puberty growth spurt around age 14/15. They are around my hips and some on upper thighs. I am 23 now and they are a light white color. Unfortunately they will never completely disappear unless you invest into laser surgery. I dislike them as well and it sucks seeing other women my age flushing their…

You shouldn't be starving going to bed. Eat a small snack with protein. I mean going to be slightly hungry is a good sign but not to cause you to be uncomfortable.
-
Why are you so focused on being 127 pounds instead of building muscle and being stronger in the long run?
-
I don't think it has anything to do with the alcohol unless you used it in the past to fall asleep or were addicted to it. I'm doing a dry January as well and have slept the same if not better.

I work in a restaurant all day and have been wearing it consistently and I burn quite a bit every shift too. I always walk 10,000 steps every time I work as well. I would say it's being pretty accurate but I always just go with that it's over estimating a bit.
-
Walk on incline. Just don't hold onto machine at all!! But I'd say why not do both??
-
I like it and find it very useful.

I always love just a classic beef pot roast. Let it soak in some beef stock on low for 6 hours in your crock pot with a lot of carrots, and red potatoes. Serve on a whole grain dinner roll with a slice of pepper jack cheese and maybe dump the Sammie into some of the beef broth. Yummmm! Carrots and potatoes come out tender.…

What do you mean too fat to breathe? Do you have asthma or just out of shape? Well anyways you could try to walk on incline, or swimming is generally easy on the body with great benefits. Like she said ^ the recumbent stationary bike is very nice. Elliptical is easy on joints.
-
I ran/walked on incline for 50 min, about 4.25 miles. Then I worked on arms and back lifting weights various exercises.
-
But to answer your question you should be eating back at least half.
-
I do think your calories burned are a little too high as well. If you are already thin I don't think you would burn 195 calories in 20 min on the elliptical. I'm 180 pounds and I wouldn't even burn that much unless I was doing HITT
-
I eat back some of them. It really depends on the day.
-
A strong margarita. I haven't drank for a while and work was rough today.
-
I did pretty bad on Thanksgiving. I stopped logging when I ate more cookies and drank some beer. I probably ate 3500 calories :(. The day after I had horrible stomach pains. It was no good!! But I ate under maintenance on Friday and Saturday so I think I balanced it out.
-
Well first no excuses. Don't take this the wrong way but the living room being too small or having to watch your kids is no reason you can't burn those babies away!!! I would start with lowering your calorie intake. That is the quickest way to reduce body fat. Figure out your TDEE, and eat 500 under that or create a…
