I lost a lot of weight once (gained it all back and then some, but that's another story), but it was hard for me to see my new skinny body the way others did. I think I'd just be grateful I wasn't as "big and overweight and obese" and not worry about comparing yourself to others.

I've read that popcorn is a good snack. I recently bought two different kinds, kettle corn 100 calorie bags, and lime and salt that are 160 calories a bag. I think it helps that you can pop a small bag and it fills up a good sized bowl or plate, so it looks like you're eating a lot.

My scale is on my tiled bathroom floor. I've always had the scale on a hard surface.
