I've read that popcorn is a good snack. I recently bought two different kinds, kettle corn 100 calorie bags, and lime and salt that are 160 calories a bag. I think it helps that you can pop a small bag and it fills up a good sized bowl or plate, so it looks like you're eating a lot.

I mostly stick to fruits and vegetables for snacks, but believe me there are a plethora of other options. I would suggest Googling it, but I know other people will comment on here with their favorite healthy snacks.

    You can do it!

I almost never eat fruits or vegetables as a snack and I'm a very healthy eater. Just think outside the box. Take a look at how many calories you have left over for snacks, what macros you need to hit, and spend some time reading nutrition labels. Sometimes dark chocolate fits perfectly for me and helps me meet my fat goal for the day.

White cheddar rice cakes. That does the trick when I craving salt. :) I love hummus and veggies.

My doctor put me on a low-fat diet. There are so many healthy alternatives to every day foods!

Some of my go to snacks are: hard boiled eggs, string cheese or cheese sticks, nuts, protein bars, apple & peanut butter, hummus, Greek yogurt, ice cream (if it fits my nutrition goals for the day)
