If you really want to include exercise couldn't you do try long walks? I saw a success story on here once about a guy losing an amazing amount through diet and walking everywhere.

It sounds terrible. I used to suffer badly but its calmed down abit as ive got older. Take the worst days off and the only thing I would say is drink plenty of water to flush out water retention and also if you feel your craving something have it, just dont go mad with the wrong foods. I believe it can as sometimes im 3lb down and then the next day it will be showing as not 3 but 1 and it will stay like that for the full week so I just put it down to fluctuations.

If you bloat allot keep a journal of when it happens, for me if I eat bread im bloated and the scale seems to be up the next day, may be a family thing (my aunties the same) but its worth recognising how your bodys responding to food. Are you sure your bike isn't measuring in kilometres? I do 11 kilometres in 30 mins... works out at 6 miles

I do find this easier as it's much more filling to me then what food was.
