Find a workout you enjoy! I tried exercise dvds, blogilaties and now I go to the gym. I enjoy doing the classes and if I do a gym workout I keep doing something different every day so it keeps things interesting. If you dont enjoy it you'll make any excuse not to do it whereas if you enjoy it you'll look forward to it :)

So I hear that 99% of you think hes really bad but yesterday I had wrote down the diet and it's basically a fruit protien shake in the morning, fruit veges and rice, and eating protien chicken, turkey and fish. Hes said to cut out sugar and wheat. And to drink green and lemon teas and to snack on as much veg as you want.…

Personally I'd say listen to your body, if i feel upto a workout i will but some days i will lie on the couch all day with chocolate. I weigh myself every day but only count it once a week and during that week I'll gain about 3lb and after a couple of days after its stopped the scales go back to normal. Seriously if your…

When i started at the gym they said i should be losing 2lb a week is that not a reasonable expectation?

24/8/15 - 20 minutes exercise bike - 21 minutes cardio and weights 25/8/15 - 40 minutes cardio, weights and abs - 10 minutes exercise bike - 5 minutes ab workout 28/8/15 - 10 minutes exercise bike 29/8/15 - 30 minutes cardio, weights and abs - 13 minutes exercise bike 8 hours and 20 minutes left
