Try upping your callories it sounds like your eating too little especially with the exercise your doing

Wow well done youve done great! You should be proud. I was 163lb got down to 140 and then shot rightup to 172 the highest ive ever been, currently 160, 20lbs to go! Hoping I get there this year.

I find weights really hard and often lose my form with them after so many. I'll try more cardio and I'll be joining the gym next year so I'll be able to start swimming again :) thanks everyone!

You can do this! Youve just got to find your motivation. What do you want by next year? Do you want to look like a completely new you or do you still want to be in the same boat. Once you get past a couple of weeks of saying no its gets allot easier. Were all in this together :)

I agree you need to be weighing in the morning. Ive also gained a pound im eating right and exercising for a hour a day so I did some research. First of all when you first start exercising your muscles will hold onto water, you can put on anywhere up to 5lb and its water weight. You could of lost a pound in fat but it…

Ive tried citolapram I didnt like them, I just didnt feel anything I had no emotion. Id definitely go back to your doctor, it took me trying more then 10 different medications before I found one right for me :)

Hello im 22 and from the UK, ive lost 11lb so far got 21 to go, since 31st July ive worked out every day although I dislike doing it at the time its definitely got a good impact on my mood :) add me and we can keep each other motivated :)

Thank you for the chart, it has been under 3 weeks so ive took that into consideration. Slimming groups tell you to try not to eat after 6 as you've less chance of burning it off. And water is very important to weight loss, its also really good for your skin so win win :)

I only count fridays weigh In but I was concerned that I was going up. I have however Googled this after your comment and Im not as worried, hopefully good results on Friday :)
