Does your library use the overdrive app? I listen to most of books through overdrive. I just check out my book through my library online and download to the app. I listen to a lot of books, so I love free audio books.

I ended up drinking my coffee black. If I wanted a little something different I would use calorie free flavored syrups. Now that I'm in maintenance I use coffee creamer again, but find I barely use any at all. A bottle last forever now

C25K seems very popular. I would also suggest getting fitted with the proper shoes at a running store. The right shoes makes a world of difference.
