My first question was going to be if there was a change in diet (types if food, increase in sodium, etc.) or change in exercise? If you have increased exercise it can also water retention.

It wasn't the worst book I ever read, but not one of the best either. I didnt expect the plot twist at all. I liked being surprised. Finished Back Spin by Harlan Coben

Love John Wayne! He did several war movies...The Green Berets, Longest Day, They Were Expendable And Sands of Iwo Jima being some of the most shown. Watched Last Movie Star with Burt Reynolds.
