I put in I'm active because I am a waitress and I want to lose 2 lbs. per week. It has me at 1480 calories per day so I guess I eat that amount and workout and adjust it as I get smaller!!??

I thought my activity level should be active since I workout 6 days a week. I have a job as a waitress so I guess I could set it to 2 lbs to lose at lightly active. The activity level setting is before exercise right?

Do you have to eat back your calories? Also do you usually have to eat above or below your BMR?
