Calories burned during exercise help!?
So they say to lose a pound fat you have to burn 500 calories through exercise is this true. I eat 1500 daily and workout 6 days a week for 60-90 minutes and usually burn 350. Will I not lose weight because I'm not burning 500 during every exercise? Please help I am very confused :)

So I weigh 165 lbs. and am 5"5 I workout for 6 days a week for an hour. Myfitnesspal but my goal at 1680 to lose 2 pounds a week. If I eat that but then burn 700 in a workout how will I eat at my deficit to lose fat? I'm so confused, they have your goal, food, exercise, and if my net supposed to be in the negative? Please…

How a calorie deficit works?
So I work a lightly active job and weigh 165 lbs.and am 5"5. My BMR is 1500 and my TDEE is 2085. How do I use these tools to lose weight. How much am I supposed to eat if I work out 6 days a week for abouf 90 - 120 minutes. I'm so confused with how a calorie deficit works. Please help!
