I use a green powder drink in the am. Several brands are very low carbs 5g per serving (with a high fiber content 4g). They give me a ton of energy. If you can tolerate 1/2 cup of lower carb fruit i.e. blackberrries, strawberries, blueberries--then blend them with the greens, water or sugar free nut milk for a breakfast…
