  • Thanks for all the replies everyone, I snack a lot throughout the day, I'm going to try my best to eat more right before bed. I eat a rout 150 grams of carbs and 150 grams of protein on average a day.

  • Thanks for all the responses! This is my first week logging with this app. It's so much easier then the last app. I weigh myself tomorrow so I will see if I lost any. I've logged everything and went over once or twice but not by too much.
  • Some people like myself are carb sensitive which is why we eat more Salads. Oh yea, and Salads are Awesome!
