What's Active mean? Work out 4 days a week for 45 min, is that active? Mostly weightlifting and 10-15 min of cardio 4 days a week.

Can't stop waking up through the night to eat.
Hi guys, I sleep at 9:30-10pm and every night I wake up around first between 11:30 an 12:30 and end up eating sone out mean, banana or maybe a little chocolate, this ends up going on throughout the night, I'll will end up waking up every few hours hungry. Trying to get lean!
I train hard and I want to get down to 136 lbs I'm 5'6 and want to be light o. My feet. I love trail running and jogging and believe getting down to a strong 136 will definitely play to my advantage running up those mountains.
