Thanks everyone! I started at 160lb now 147lb, my first goal is 140lb but by the looks of things it may have to change to something like 133lb!!
-
Ah I still don't really see it, but thank you all x
-
Sorry pics didn't upload before...
-
amazing!!! well done!
-
If that isn't motivation - I don't know what is!!! Your back and middle are tinnnyyyy!
-
4lb?! I'd be chuffed If I have this much difference after 4lb - look at how much smaller your stomach and thighs are!!! Keep it up :)
-
Thank you all!!!! I went for tandoori chicken which comes with a salad- still finished 150cals over target but is probably 1000 calories less than if I wasn't using MFP!!! Thanks again x
-
You're crazy if you cant see the difference! Congrats!
-
AMAZING!!!!! well done!

I eat back about 50% of my exercised calories, I think you need to reward yourself!
-
Keep at it - you're doing well! Have you thought of going to exercise classes like Zumba? 9 times out of 10 if you go alone someone will start conversation with you!!! See this as an opportunity to show all those that have ridiculed you wrong!!! You can do this - use MFP as a motivational tool! I'll add you to help support…

Thanks all for your comments, be assured I certainly don't intend on crash dieting or pushing myself to the extreme! I personally find it encouraging and more fun to set time/weight goals. I understand I may struggle or not loose as much as I have recently, but I'm going to try. After all, if no one try's- no one will…

I'm classed as over weight on the BMI scale, I'm 5ft 6 at 155lb. I am not crash dieting, simply swapping my unhealthy choices for healthy choices and working out!
-
Yes, 10lb until I'm at my first goal weight. I only intend on doing it in a healthy way. If I stick to my calories and exercise 4 times a week I can loose 1.3lb a week. POSITIVITY ONLY PLEASE! :)

I'm the same with crisps. I just can't have them in the house. If my partner wants crisps with his lunch he's got to keep them in his van! Out of sight slowly becomes out of mind!!! Find an alternative low cal snack to help keep you occupied (ice lollies that are 80 cals help me forget about my original craving) Good luck!…

That's so amazing!!!! Well done, I'd definitely class it as a success story!
-
I'm so confused. Yes, some fruits are higher cal - but so long as you're including it in your MFP recommended calorie intake (and sticking to what they suggest) why would it matter?
-
I'm in the same situation too! Add me :)

Are you adding extra exercise each day? When I do a lot of exercise in one day & stick to cals it says I'll loose loads, but if I stay within cals but don't exercise it says ill only be a couple of pounds lighter. Even if it is 4lb in 5 weeks it is better than 0lb!

Ah you're all looking so good!!! My guilty obsession is http://beforeandafterweightloss.tumblr.com/ Its soooo good to see massive changes in people!

I get discouraged when I think too far ahead. I know its cringe worthy but take one day at a time. When I finish one day within my calorie deficit and have done a good workout I'm chuffed! If I think oh god I've got another 20lb to loose it totally ruins it and makes me want to give up. If you focus on a day at a time for…

Oh god, reading all of your weights is making me think I should aim for lower! I'm5ft 6 and 156lb, goal weight of 140lb
-
