  • Thank you all for your help!! Sprepej - its so encouraging to hear from someone who is/was in a similar position to myself - I'd be over the moon if I lost 20lb in 90 days! I guess it's also about a life change, not just a change for a holiday!

  • MFP recommended 1380, I think I may be a bit harsh to loose all 20lb for the holiday, even a stone lighter would be an achievement I guess?!
