Today has been a good day: food on plan and logged, run done, work done, will be going to bed nice and early for some book time with the house in a clean(ish) state and tomorrow all planned out. Great to see many of us have started the month strong and feeling the positive vibes:)

Stepped on the scale, didnt like the number at all 😂 so, going to officially weigh in a day late and see if today is a blip due to TOM and the salty tea and accidental chocolate inate last night. Need this pressure to try and have a full day on plan!

Hi February! So glad you're here, I've an event/trip every weekend this month so need to focus in the week and get my exercise in...... feel ready for it!!!
