  • making sure that you eat throughout the day to regulate your blood sugar levels and when you do eat that it contains some slow releasing carbohydrates such as whole grains. A B6 vitamin (or better yet a B complex with high B6 content) and essential fatty acids may also be deficient and causing these craving.

  • bread is actually not a great choice when trying to lose weight. It spikes insulin and one slice is equal to eating two tablespoons of sugar ( I am sure you are not downing a butt load of sugar with your morning breakfast for weight loss). I do not eat processed or refined grains... so my one week is done ;)
  • Sugar in fruit, carbohydrates (rice, sweet potato, bread etc) will all cause a spike in blood sugar and the crash is why you are feeling hungry. Protein and fat (avocados, coconut oil, olive oil, coconut milk, nuts, seeds) will help you feel more full for longer! And yes, you can do this on a low-cal diet
