Nope. Ear is still bleeding. A lot. I think im going to go to urgent care early in the morning.

Its stopped bleeding for now. I dont think I need to go to urgent care. Im just going to slow down on the workouts for now. My blood pressure is 118/73, which is totally fine for me and my level of fitness. Ill update you all once I get in to see my doctor! Thanks for all the concern and help!

Update. Now bleeding out of one ear and still having nosebleeds. Ive made a doctors appointment for the end of this month.

Do you find that exercise played a part in getting your symptoms under control? I have a GP I go to regularly, a chiropractor who takes care of my back once a week, and a sympathetic dad who also has chronic pain. Im well taken care of, lol!
