I am actually enjoying it. I love the data. It's also a bit of a puzzle, trying to figure out how I am going to fit what I want to eat into how many calories I have remaining. I like it and it's working for me.

You could try regular cheese rather than low fat. It's higher in calories and tastes better, in my opinion!

I think a lot of people shed water weight in the first week or so. 1000 seems pretty low though, I would try to get a few more calories in. Are you not hungry ever?

Just echoing what others are saying...I am learning to be accurate with my logging. I have tried in the past with just estimating calories and it's a failure every time!
