Ottawa, I also have tried low carb (hate it) and Weight Watchers but with no success to speak of. I'm 67 and have about 80 lbs to loose so am focusing on monitoring calorie intake, moving more and keeping an eye on carbs , but not eliminating them. I'm currently reading Target 100. Thanks, a friend of my sister has been taking something, I believe called Tru Vision and has had a major weight loss.....but it could just be a placebo affect.

I just discovered a Total Body Project on utube....you can then create an account on 5geirvweb site, The first week of a couple of programs is free, after that one must pay. Totally worth it, I just completed a 1 hr session. I love this site.

Two cardio workouts off the Total Body Project library. My goal is to burn 500 to 600 calories per day with deliberate exercise.

My new fav is Built Bars .... protein bars. The texture is a bit mousse like, but the chocolate is dark and delicious.
