Has anyone had any luck with supplements for weight loss?
Does it make any difference the time of day one consumes protein...especially after a work out!
I just did a 35 minute HIIT workout, my watch says I burned 285 calories so when I check aMFP it gives me -48 calories burned..... I know it has something to do with the settings but not sure if this is a good thing or not.
I was on WW but it is not working for me, or more to the point I was not working it. But what I did enjoy was the community and the way members shared any good finds at the grocery store or Vostco. I am trying to balance my protein and carb intake, and am wondering if anyone has a suggestion for a good protein bar, low in carbs and high on flavour. I bought some at Costco, am not crazy about them, but have them in the fridge right now, hoping I like the texture better when they are cold.
