I usually eat about 1600 calories a day and weight 229 but only really end up eating about 1300 is that ok?

Because all i here is complaints daily of how she would like to change as far as weight and health but it seems its all talk and no action and when i try to help the arguments begin

So how many shakes a day is good i usually drink a blend shake for breakfast and one after workout

Thank you very much it seem like i was doing good losing about 5 lbs a week then i went to weight my self yesturday and gained 2 pounds my mind is going crazy right now
