  • Pass day! Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes -- I did a low intensity interval training. Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Absolutely not -- work party. Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes.
  • Hi everyone! I'm terrible at logging my food, eating reasonably, and starting active. I had my gallbladder removed last week and hope this group can help me stay accountable and inspire me to be healthier.
