  • That pb powder is great when you make it and put it on a flatbread with a sliced banana....245 calorie snack or a low calorie lunch. I usually do it at lunch though. Plus I double up on the powder serving to get a bit more calories for the day.
  • You're right. I did go into it thinking I'd be where I wanted to be at 21 days and I think the instructor even implies as much during some of the routines but I did learn that nothing comes easy or quickly. That said, the exercises and healthy eating have helped me get closer and closer to my goals. I've seen you post on a…
  • I think the name doesn't do it justice. It's a good workout routine and it offers great nutritional advice.... Just skip the shakeology unless you really want to overspend. I've been doing the workouts since April. Just because itsit says 21 Days doesn't mean you should stop working out after the 21 days are up.
  • Hi. You can add me as a friend and I'll give you tbe best support that I can.
  • You're doing great too.... Keep it up!
  • That's a good question. I'm curious about that too. I started off about the same as you at 245 myself. I'm down to 188 at the moment. I've been doing the 21 day fix workouts and can see muscle definition. But it would be nice to know at what point weight gain stops through deficit eating. I probably have 10-20lbs more to…
  • Hi. I'm not sure about active groups but I do the 21 Day Fix workouts currently. I've done a few rounds of fix and a couple rounds of fix extreme. I just started doing the regular one again with heavier weights. I don't use the food containers but I do my own healthy eating. I'll be a partner if you need/want one.
  • I've been doing the 21 day fix and fix extreme routines and that's been working for me. I doubt that'll get you the muscle gains you're looking for but it's something you might look into. The workouts are equal parts cardio and strength training.
  • I would think adding cardio into the routine might help with the few extra pounds but you might give both options an equal chance. Add some cardio in for a few weeks and if that isn't helping try the lower carb option.
  • If you're at 15-16% body fat in the picture then I would have to say that's my goal. I think I'm at just under 21% now.... It's a long and rough road. What exercise routine are you following?
  • Hi. My name is Luke. I was at 245 when I started this and I'm now down to 190. I'm still trying to lose at least 15 more lbs and then I'll decide if I want to keep going or to try to maintain that weight. Anyway, you can friend me if you want and I'll help you however I can.
  • Oh it definitely isn't worth it but it's something that gets the better of me once in a while.
  • I have a hard time with cheating because if I cheat I go all out. Then I'm annoyed rhe next day because the scale is way higher. I think my favorite cheat foods are buttery movie popcorn and ice cream. My cheat days usually only happen about once a month.... Usually after I've gone down my next 10 lbs. I'm not sure it's…
  • My 1500 calories were the MFP recommended amount for dropping 2lbs per week. I chose sedentary because I have a desk job. I have been losing 2lbs a week on my current plan. This is in reply to Jane's post. That's why I thought 1900 seemed a bit high.
  • Hi. I'm not an expert or anything but I think 1900 seems high. I usually eat around 1500 per day plus I do the 21 day fix workouts. I'm a male 5'11'' and I started off at 245 lbs. I'm now at 190, so that's working for me. My 1500 calories come from pretty healthy foods too...or at least I think so. Good luck and stick with…
  • I setup the google play music to play the songs i have on my home computer. Just set up a folder on your home pc to share with google play. You still need wifi or 4g to play the music that way though.
