  • Welcome @kancanakya16!!! Nice job on the running! Ahhh I was pretty lazy Saturday but did get out for a long walk on Sunday. I would love to go on a 4+ mile hike!! We are getting a blizzard on Wednesday night so definitely walking the next two days. This am was lifting
  • Yes! If I don’t workout in the am it doesn’t get done. Before I wasn’t moving the rest of the day though so I’ve started walking at least once during the day. This morning was short on time so I did a 30 min hiit. It’s really good. Low impact. https://youtu.be/aFBRopKNGfw
  • That is really great! Do you do everything at once or spread the activity out during the day? Today was a rest day but I did make time to walk. I have about 4K steps today. Back at it tomorrow!

  • Yesterday was turkey day and I was on my feet for about 5 hours getting things ready for dinner in my workout gear, hoping I’d have time to get a quick workout in. I wasn’t successful but dinner was delicious! Getting up now to do this: Run for 35 minutes Every five minutes, do 15 burpees. Have a great day!
