Kay, I walk to Leslie Sansone indoor walking dvd's. She has free workouts on YouTube if you want to give it a try. My favorite DVD is the 10 mini walks you can mix up to create your own walk work out.

10/10 - 191.8 Highest was 220. Put on 25lbs the past two years, mostly because of bad eating habits and letting exercise slide. I should have posted here first before eating that piece of tiramisu :'( I would like to get to 170. My goal over the next 10 days is to lose 1.5 lbs and put in at least 1/2 hr of exercise.
