Thank you for posting this! I had a small victory today when I went over to a friends house for dinner. I made sure to take small portions and load up on the Broccoli. This is really hard for me too. And you're right, I think meal planning is the best bet. I prepped my meals for the week for the first time last week and it was great. It made it really easy to make the right choices.
