Glad to see im not the only one! Interesting to know coffee Could be the cause, I do drink quite a bit of it. Didn't last.... Had 2 chocolate doughnuts today

No, no flu, and it's not "the time of the month" either. Yesterday I had 3 coffees through out the day, missed lunch as I didn't feel hungry then attempted my dinner but could only manage 1 salmon fillet. :(

1520 is my daily goal

I weigh 11st exactly and I am 5.2/3ft Exercise I have been doing is walking (up to 12000 steps is poss) 1-1 and half hours of aerobics and yoga. The rush is a holiday so I want my 'mummy belly' gone lol

Hi Thanks for the reply. I weigh dead on 11st and I'm 5.2ft or 3 2st loss is my ideal weight over all, so just being able to loose half of that by the end of January would be great. I don't seem to gain weight, I just can't seem to shift it, I think it's because I don't eat breakfast (find it hard to) and only sometimes…
