I recently bought a coffee flavoured protein powder (coffee slimfast tastes good so stupidly presumed this would taste the same) I can't stand the taste of the shake, so does anyone know any recipes I could use it in?
I've been eating properly (3meals a day, healthy snack if needed) and exercising for nearly 3 weeks now, but recently I've completely lost my appetite. I don't fancy anything whether it be healthy or fatty, I'm just not hungry. Has anyone else experienced this? Did it pass?
