Lost appetite

I've been eating properly (3meals a day, healthy snack if needed) and exercising for nearly 3 weeks now, but recently I've completely lost my appetite.
I don't fancy anything whether it be healthy or fatty, I'm just not hungry. Has anyone else experienced this? Did it pass?

I always have moments where I'm fine without food and then the opposite for awhile. I do this about a week a month.0

Are you coming down with the flu perhaps?0

My appetite spikes up for a few days right before my period, spikes down five days or so after it starts, and then normalizes.0 -
No, no flu, and it's not "the time of the month" either.
Yesterday I had 3 coffees through out the day, missed lunch as I didn't feel hungry then attempted my dinner but could only manage 1 salmon fillet.

Some days are going to be like that. Coffee makes me not hungry. As long as you don't make this a habit, you should be.0 -

Coffee could be suppressing your appetite a little bit. Or if you've recently began eating less calorie-wise, your appetite could be down for a while before it evens out.0
