Lost appetite

Options
I've been eating properly (3meals a day, healthy snack if needed) and exercising for nearly 3 weeks now, but recently I've completely lost my appetite.
I don't fancy anything whether it be healthy or fatty, I'm just not hungry. Has anyone else experienced this? Did it pass?

I always have moments where I'm fine without food and then the opposite for awhile. I do this about a week a month.

Are you coming down with the flu perhaps?

My appetite spikes up for a few days right before my period, spikes down five days or so after it starts, and then normalizes.

No, no flu, and it's not "the time of the month" either.
Yesterday I had 3 coffees through out the day, missed lunch as I didn't feel hungry then attempted my dinner but could only manage 1 salmon fillet. :(

Some days are going to be like that. Coffee makes me not hungry. As long as you don't make this a habit, you should be.

    Me too. Exactly the same.

Coffee could be suppressing your appetite a little bit. Or if you've recently began eating less calorie-wise, your appetite could be down for a while before it evens out.
