You can exclusively eat McDonalds and still lose weight if you want, as long as you're in caloric deficit. There was a big news story a while back about a teacher who lost over 50 pounds eating nothing but McDonalds. He just counted the calories and went on walks. Here's a link to one article about it:…

I find that my willpower is at its weakest in the hours directly before bedtime, while I have virtually no appetite in the hours immediately after waking up. This has led to a meal schedule of one meal at around 6pm that is worth about 3 quarters of my calories, followed by a snack/light meal about an hour before bed to…

If you refrigerate it, I don't see why not. I've left chicken in the fridge for over a week before and eaten it with no ill effects. It doesn't taste as good after a couple of days, but it ought to be safe if you cooked it thoroughly to begin with.

I compensate by being uber careful not to do anything that might be the slightest bit uncomfortable to those around me in public, sometimes to a fault. But not everyone has that filter. Maybe just explaining to…

Makes me appreciate when my mom noticed I had lost weight and complimented me. I'm very private and intentionally wear clothes that make it hard to tell I'm losing, but I appreciated it all the same.

Just finished a bottle of wine, so I'm going to go with that. (Though some boneless wings with bleu cheese sounds good right now, not gonna lie).

No thanks.

I feel like true science and rationality will prevail in the long run, but I do find the current supremacy of propaganda and misinformation to be depressing.

Weird, I literally just sat down after giving up on my workout. Unfortunately I'm still not inspired to try again. It was just one of those days when nothing felt right--tired, shoes not fitting correctly for some reason, lack of motivation. I guess I'll skip the evening snack today and try to start fresh tomorrow.
