Good snacks for me are fruit, especially sliced apples. Preztels are good replacement for chips.

Have 20 to 25 pounds i would like to lose. My calorie goal is set to lose 1.5 pounds a week and my calorie allowance is a little over 1300. I also take fitness classes 2 to 3 times a week and trying for at least 30 minutes every other day.

I parked the farthest I can in the parking lot, I also run in place/dance in place sometimes. I sometimes have too much idel time at my job, lol.

We all have made mistakes from the past that we regret, but living in the past is never healthy and impedes true progress. Hopefully when you reach your goal weight you'll look in the mirror and just love yourself and progress forward, no looking back. Staying stuck in the past doesnt allow you to focus on your future.
