Yeah I really don't know what all was in the sauces. Pepper steak, Mongolian chicken, spicy basil beef... those were the ones with the sauces. And about one big serving spoon each. I stayed away from the sweet ones like sesame chicken. :/ I have my daily target set for 50g but I'll be happy if it was even under 75 today.

Wow. I had no idea! That's pretty dirty. I have some things that say "<1" and I assumed those had carbs but were less than 1, obviously. But I always thought if it said "0" then that actually meant 0. What a bummer!

Thank you. That link is really helpful! I will see what happens with a 20% deficit. I only went with the 30 because it was more like what MFP says is doable. .a pound a week. My metabolism is not that great, I think. I stay tired a lot and tend to lose weight slowly compared to others.
