pepperoni, cheese crisps, pork rinds, cream cheese clouds. These are my usuals.

Definitely caffeinated. Otherwise, what's the point?

Some ideas if you have a small fridge in the hotel. You can cook eggs in the microwave. Just be sure to beat them well with a fork in a cup. Microwave for about a minute. Then whip it up again and microwave another minute. Don't forget the butter. You can throw in cheese, veggies, or whatever you want with them. Beef…

Yeah. .it has my weight progress screwed up, too. :/

That's a pretty good sign something is wrong. It told me Saturday night that if every day were like today I'd weigh like 10 pounds less. However, it was showing I was over my calorie goal by at least 300. Normally, if I eat under my goal it tells me I'll weigh about 3-5 pounds less, not 10. Definitely check your totals…

I'm on android.

Awesome!

That's what it did to me. Everything was correct with the entries but it was nearly doubling the amount of calories. It posted my 400 calorie sausage as 900. -.-

you're welcome.

I don't have as much to lose and I can still tell you that it's frustrating and makes me want to not bother with it all. I just keep doing it anyway in hopes that some day I will make some real progress.

It doesn't seem like very much to me. It's just frustrating.

I used to be the same way. I hated water. I had a psychosomatic reaction to it actually and would puke if I drank over about 4 oz at a time. Difficult to explain how that reaction came to be but anyway. .I started drinking it 1oz at a time and that wasn't so bad, but it had to be cold. I put it in a shot glass and just…

5 pounds in 5 weeks. :/
-
Not much? Really? I've only lost about 4 pounds in the past 5 weeks and I've been fairly consistent throughout. Don't sell yourself short.

That somewhat makes sense. However, with many weights I'm not just losing water. Go back to the bacon example. There's an extreme amount of grease left in the pan. How do I account for that if I weigh the bacon raw?
-
Haha...I always thought that the weight was including the bone. Silly me.
-
That's exactly my problem. I don't know which to do. Beginning to make sense to me, though, to weigh those after cooked since we're not eating the grease.
-
Thanks for the responses. I'm a numbers fanatic and long for accuracy. I think maybe I will weigh things with fat after cooking and things without fat before cooking. That seems to make the most sense based on your responses.
-
And am I correct in thinking that the calories on the package are the calories pre-cooked?
-
If you mean like a side dish, I like mine with egg salad or Cole Slaw made with Splenda.
-
I'm fairly new to it, too. Anyone can feel free to add me. I love mutual support.
-
I have to have side dishes, too. I'm not cooking just for me. I'm cooking for a family, like you say. That makes things more difficult. And Mt family and I have ALWAYS had side dishes.

Congratulations on your new size! Really hope you are able to wrap your head around the loss. Body dysmorphia is actually not a good thing.

What is fitday? Also, I weigh everything and check it with the usda website. But you're right. There are WAY too many user entries on MFP. And a lot of the ones that say "verified" won't even log onto my meals, so that's utterly useless.

Does gaining and losing the same pound over and over count as a stall? It certainly doesn't feel like progress. Been at this woe for less than a month and only lost about 3 pounds.
