  • Thank you! That's what I'm doing now, I am in no rush and just want to have the muscle control I had before baby. I know if I keep going I will get there. And I have a dr's appointment next week and will ask about the weird sensation on incision area.
  • Also had a recent c section 7 months ago . This was me at 41 weeks and the. 3 weeks post partum. Looking for any tips on how to ease back into doing exercises that target the belly.
  • Hello, I'm on the same boat. Just had my baby last year and I ate anything and everything.. Needless to say I gained more then I wanted to and am now trying to get back into a fit lifestyle. Good luck with your goals!
