  • I was reading up about this as I am starting it when I get back from holiday in September. Having been doing 30 day shred until now. The blogs suggest that this is fine for a larger person and they can just take it at their own pace until they build up to it. They can maybe take little breaks if required.
  • Well done you! I have got 5 more sessions and I cannot wait to see the back of her!
  • Hit a stumbling block with some knee pain so had to take an unplanned day off today. Managed it again today so only one more day of level 2 then straight into level 3. I have 11 days until holiday so it really is the final push! I couldn't do the rock star jumps last time so I am not holding out hope for this time around.
  • Day 8 Level 2 done. I can't say I am excited for Level 3 but will be glad to see the back of the chair squats with v raise
  • Did Day 4 Level 2 today and feel delighted to be almost halfway through. Thinking of starting T25 next - has anyone tried it?
  • Hey, I am 29 and am desperate to get in shape before I turn 30 at the end of the year. H - 5 ft 6 SW - 168 CW - 161 GW - 140
  • @nwoodrum2011 I have done level 3 before and I actually find it easier than level 2
  • Great work - no break before you start level 3? That is hardcore!
  • Took the weekend off and then came back and did Day 2 Level 2 this morning. Walking into those press ups makes me want to cry but I already feel so much better in myself.
  • Thanks @revertt2d I am taking measurements and weight weekly as am far to impatient to wait 30 days. Plus I need little results to spur me on.
  • So I did day 8 level 1 this morning and so far have lost 4lbs but most importantly 6 inches from across my body. On Saturday which was day 6 I followed it up with the afternoon cardio session from 1 week shred. I don't think I am fit enough to do that every day but will be adding it in at weekends when I have more time.
  • I just completed day 3 of Level 1. I did this two years ago and was very religious with it and lost 12lbs in 30 days taking me from 162 to 150lbs. I am aiming to achieve the same this time as I go on holiday in 33 days. I just bought her 1 week shred which is being delivered tomorrow so will be trying to incorporate that…
  • the work out is the equivalent of a circuits class which for me with my Jawbone suggests I am burning between 600-700 calories per hour so I normally record it as 200 knowing it might be a bit more but wanting to be on the safe side
  • Hi Winniemcrae, I restarted 30 day shred today and have 5 weeks before I go to Croatia to sort this body out. How long have you been at this?
