Guys!!! My first weight in after 10 days of Jillian and MFP: 1 kgr under.
I know it's mostly water weight but still I'm so excited
Too bad I didn't take measurements.
Can't wait for level 2

Took the weekend off and then came back and did Day 2 Level 2 this morning. Walking into those press ups makes me want to cry but I already feel so much better in myself.0

It does get better after the first couple of days on a level. The first day of level 2 was so tough for me, but it is easier now and still kicks my butt! I'm kinda scared of level 3, I'll find out Wednesday I guess lol. Tomorrow is my last day of level 2.

My off day was Sunday. I am aiming for 6 days week until I reach my goal and then I'll hopefully go to like 4-5 days a week to maintain. I previewed level 3, it's a little different than 2 but I'm thinking I can do it!0 -
@nwoodrum2011 I have done level 3 before and I actually find it easier than level 20

Love this video! I feel more inclined to complete these exercises than I would if I had to put my clothes on, get in my car, go to the gym, and meet complete strangers for an hour and then come home.0

Day 2 Level 2 completed. Took a rest day yesterday as I've got a severe 4 day migraine but the rest made no difference so I got back on with the workout today.0
