  • Don't think of it as how much weight you have to lose, rather try changing your perspective it into a healthy lifestyle and find ways to enjoy the journey!
  • I think you can both still exercise together just go at your own pace. Perhaps your mother should be doing modified versions whereas you can do moderate to advanced level of activity. You'll both benefit from it if you keep it up!
  • I prefer to make weekly crockpot meals and microwave one portion per day. I also like to chop and portion fresh fruit for the week and have easy/accessible snacks like a bag of almonds or grapes that are already counted out.
  • It depends on your weight loss goals and how hungry you are. If you consume 1200 net calories for the day but then burn 400 calories while exercising, you will create a deficit which is good if you're trying to lose weight.
