Maybe it is different for me, because when I started reducing salt intake I feel and look much better. And my intake used to be same for long periods of time.

I might be wrong, but I looked into your food diary and noticed your sodium intakes. For me, if I eat over 900mg I start to retain excess water and look worse. I would suggest, try maybe a week to watch your sodium intake and lower it to minimum?

Honestly, different things. High heels, beautiful dresses, good foundation that hides all skin imperfections, good mascara, bright lipstick, straight glossy hair. From things I want is a tiny waist and flat stomach. It is one thing I can never achieve. Never had it even at weight close to underweight.

I can have small amounts with good antihistamines, and when I was pregnant my blood tests were fine, even though my diet is usually quite crap. I am a living proof of eating random food with calorie restriction can lead to weight loss. But I do feel *kitten* I can't eat some fruit and vegetables I like.

I can write quite a few. Since I have quite rare allergies (vitamin C, eggs and a few more), I can only eat quite unhealthy food. In the shops I can rarely find something I can eat, but I manage to eat 1200 kcal a day. If anyone asks if I am losing weight, I never say how I eat to avoid lectures of how I am not eating…
