not sure if this is right, but I keyed half of the calories in for yesterday and half for today.

I am set on 2 lbs per week. Quite agressive, but I have lost up until about 3 weeks ago and have been hovering within same pound since. I weigh meat and started to weigh veggies. Everything else pretty much is in individual servings that I consume.

Not only does the alcohol have calories, but I find with just ONE drink, I totoally lose control and eat everything in sight. This especially happens at a party/social event with buffet or food stations. One drink (or more) and I don't care about counting my calories. Easier not to drink for me.

i am the same way! I am a smaller person (5'1 and 117 pounds) but I can out eat any man. Last weekend i ate 5 pieces of papa john's pizza and then went to get a milkshake and had to cookies (from Chick-fil-a) on the way home and threw away the wrappers and only walked inside with the milkshake. Of course my stomach hurt…

i went WAY over everyday! WAY! i didnt even key it in MFP. i am doing 1200 a day. heck, 5 pieces of pizza is probaly 1500 calories in itself! i think i will see it on the scale later this week

we are doing a weight loss challenge at work. Each person pledges $50. i drank about 12 cups of water yesterday hoping it would curb my appetite, not so much! haha

i lost quickly at first, now it is about .5 pound a week or so. ok, well, maybe having a treat at night will help. it is just painful to see the scale go up (even just a tad) after i have been so careful. you know? thanks pals!

i am probably being too restrictive but have had a few cheat meals here and there. i think a little treat in the evening that is low cal may do the trick. im not sure if i am hungry or just want something tasty!
