greek yogurt is a filling snack. quest bars (LOVE THEM!!! OBSESSED) dinner I eat a lot of chicken, green beans or broccoli, and sweet potatoes. all filling and low cals oatmeal is also very filling

cut sweet potato in half. on the "orange side" put butter and cinnamon or brown sugar, put butter side down on cookie sheet. On the skin side, that's now face up on the cookie sheet, put olive oil and sea salt. YUMMMYYYY. I cook at about 400 degree for 30-40 minutes!

Lunch: I usually eat at my desk and have low cal wraps with chicken or turkey or salads with chicken. (no veg sorry). sometimes, I even have a lean pocket! LOL

This may be a stupid question: what equals a "binge"? Would eating 5 slices of pizza at one sitting be considered a binge? I am not sure if I "binge" or just consume a lot in one sitting sometimes. examples: mexican chips with salsa, cheese dip; pizza; sweets.
