weighing frozen Tyson grilled nuggets
I am trying to figure out how to weigh Tyson Naturals grilled nuggets, which the package says is 110 calories for 3oz of chicken. I cooked the chicken, then weighed it because I wasn't sure if I could weigh it straight out of the package,frozen. thoughts?

5'1 Ladies- what are your maintenance calories?
I'm 5'1, 31 years old, desk job. CW= 115. I like to be b/t 110-112, but find myself gaining a few pounds and then having to lose the same 5-6 pounds over and over to get my GW. I am obviously not hitting my maintenance calories correctly.

Ideas: breakfast and lunch
For dinner I pretty much have some type of lean protein with veggies. I need ideas for breakfast and lunch. Something filling but not heavy. I usually have a greek yogurt for breakfast and a quest bar or similar for lunch. I need something else to go with the greek yogurt and some other options besides QUEST BARS!

Logging, which day?
I was under my daily calorie intake and woke up starving at midnight! Usually I would drink a bit of water and go back to sleep. This time I ate a quest bar (probably bc it was the closest thing to a "sweet" in the house). Do I log it for yesterday or work it in today? Or split the calories between yesterday and today?

Have I hit a plateau? Logging everyday; pretty much eat the SAME thing daily/weekly. I have been a little loosey goosey the past week or two with a few meals due to work/social events. I didn't gain weight from these events, but I have been the same weight (within a pound) for 3 weeks. Suggestions?
